The Inside the NBA TNT crew announced earlier tonight that James Harden was named to his sixth NBA All-Star game and his fourth as a starter.

Harden joined LeBron James, DeMar DeRozan, Kyrie Irving, Joel Embiid, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, DeMarcus Cousins, and Anthony Davis as starters for the game.

However, for the first time in NBA history, teams will not be divided by conference, but will be chosen by captains LeBron James and Stephen Curry.

In 35 games this season, Harden is averaging a career-high 32.3 PPG and 9.1 assists per game. His 32.3 points per game is a career-high and his 9.1 assists per game, though a drop from last season, is still third in the NBA behind Russell Westbrook and John Wall.

Congrats to the Beard!
