James Harden might have committed some sort of unwritten rule violation Wednesday night in Los Angeles.
Wesley Johnson might have a legitimate grievance. What did he do to deserve this?

How Johnson continued playing after that, I have no idea. Harden’s crossover, followed by spinning the ball in his hands while staring down his fallen opponent, is one of the nastiest things I’ve ever seen on an NBA court.
If this were in a playoff game, it would be up there in the pantheon of Kemp over Lister or Iverson over Lue. It’s that nasty. I have to stop writing now so I can go back and watch it a few more times.
