The Houston Rockets received some very good news before tonight’s game against the Orlando Magic, and that is star point guard Chris Paul is expected to be back in the starting lineup:
Chris Paul starting for Rockets vs. Magic, D'Antoni said.

Paul’s been out since December 20 with a hamstring strain, and though the Rockets have more than held their own since he’s been out, we’re all ready to see the Point God back on the hardwood once again, even though he’ll be slightly limited in his minutes. According to Jonathan Feigen, Paul will be held in the mid 20s as he works his way up to 30 minutes per night. It’s also to be determined yet whether he’ll be playing back-to-backs, but the smart money is that CP3 gets the Nene veteran treatment.
Just this week, Coty thought about what would happen to James Harden and his incredible offensive performance once Paul returned. Well, we’re about to find out.
The Rockets will also reportedly have Brandon Knight available tonight, so Houston will have their full repertoire of back court weapons available. How often could we say that so far this year?
