It’s a big night at the Toyota Center. First, the Houston Rockets are bringing back their classic ketchup and mustard championship uniforms from the mid-’90s. It was one of the sharpest looks in sports at the time, which the Rockets inexplicably went away from after their second title. Coincidence that they haven’t won a ring since?
In that spirit, Vernon Maxwell will be taking the first shot tonight.

Second, the Rockets are looking for their sixth win in a row, and they’re matched up against an Indiana Pacers team that comes into tonight on a four-game streak of their own.
On top of that, the Rockets are going to have take on the Pacers with a majorly short-handed roster. Eric Gordon, Danuel House, and Clint Capela are all out tonight, which means the Rockets will have a serious test of their depth. Ben McLemore, Austin Rivers, and Chris Clemons will get a shot in the back court, while Tyson Chandler gets the start at center. Mike D’Antoni reportedly will also dust off his front court depth tonight as well.
Isaiah Hartenstein and Gary Clark to play off Rockets bench with Capela out, D’Antoni said.
