Houston Rockets vs. Chicago Bulls game preview

The Rockets look to keep their winning ways going tonight when they head to the United Center to take on the Chicago Bulls.

With Houston getting two days off since their win over the undermanned Golden State Warriors, hopefully the team has had some time to figure out a way to improve their defense. The Rockets have mostly been able to hang with every team on offense, but their defense has let them down all season.

The Bulls are 3-6 on the young season with wins over Memphis, Detroit, and Atlanta. They’ve been competitive in almost all of their losses as well, so the Bulls are not going to be a pushover.

After giving Russell Westbrook and Eric Gordon nights off, Houston should be back to full strength tonight. The hope for the team is that the days off will help Gordon find his rhythm after struggling mightily early in the season. For Chicago, they will be without Otto Porter Jr, who’s out with a foot sprain. Porter Jr is their fourth-leading scorer and shooting 40% from deep.

Tip-off is at 7pm CT
