According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Rockets are pushing all players and picks in trade talks.
Sources: In calls to front offices, Houston GM Daryl Morey is showing an aggressive desire to improve roster with all players and picks available in talks. Hard to imagine James Harden scenario, but the rest under contract - perhaps even Chris Paul - could be moved in right deal.

With the Rockets offseason nearly three weeks old, GM Daryl Morey appears to be wasting little time in preparation for 2019-2020 and is looking to move the Rockets a step into the right direction.
The report does not come with a lot of surprise but rather confirms what most Rockets fans already knew.
The New York Times’s Marc Stein confirmed the report, saying center Clint Capela is one of the players the Rockets have been looking to deal.
Clint Capela is among the players Houston has gauged the market for in recent days, league sources https://t.co/w6H91QzpdD

Daryl Morey once found a way to acquire four players in a matter of days just to deal them to Los Angeles for Chris Paul. He found a way to trade for James Harden just days before the start of the regular season. It’s come to the point where little of what Morey does shocks me.
The Rockets only have seven players contracted for next season, so it’s quite possible any of those seven get dealt (though I doubt the Beard goes anywhere).
