Will the Warriors stave off elimination for the second game in a row?

NBA: Finals-Golden State Warriors at Toronto Raptors Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports

I’m not playing for the Toronto Raptors tonight. No, I’m not lying. You can look it up - I am not playing for them tonight.

But, if I was playing for Toronto tonight, the results of Game 5 don’t matter any longer. It’s been 3 days since that deflating loss, and it’s felt like a week. It’s a new game and another chance to win the NBA Championship, and I think you’ll see that tonight from them.

This is the same team that essentially swept the Bucks in four games after going down 0-2 in the series. It’s the same team that is reportedly being led by a robot that lives for moments like this. It’s also the same team that lost only one other time this series and proceeded to win the next two games on the road. I don’t think they’re worried about it.

On the other end, you have a team that was constructed to win. A team that, since the inception of their head coach Steve Kerr, has not won only once in four years. They’ll have to do it tonight without Kevin Durant, and even though they were able to take out the Houston Rockets without No. 35, this Raptors team is much more complete. That being said, I’m expecting a masterful performance from Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.

Do you want to see it pushed to Game 7? Or do you want it to be all over tonight?
