The End of The Road Trip

A tough road trip comes to an end in Portland tonight. The Rockets pulled off a surprising win in Utah without James Harden, Russell Westbrook, and Clint Capela. Tonight the Rockets will have Westbrook back, and expect to have James Harden and Clint Capela.

From the Trailblazers side, Damien Lillard has been on fire the last three games, scoring 158 points. That’s an early-season-Hardenesque output of 52 points per game. The Rockets will hope to contain the scorching Lillard and continue the good defense they showed in Utah.

I’m not sure who the ESPN commentators will be tonight, as the ESPN Pressroom seems to have stopped as of 1/25/20 in terms of commentator updates. If it is not Jeff Van Gundy I once again urge to not play the “ESPN announcers give James Harden a backhanded compliment, or straight up complain about him.” drinking game. It’s just too dangerous.
