The death of George Floyd has prompted multi-city protests across America, as a country already rocked from the COVID-19 pandemic is now dealing with the most visible and widespread public outrage since the 1960s.
The Houston Rockets recently released a statement on the incident, which they posted to the team’s Instagram site.
In addition, Rockets head coach Mike D’Antoni was also one of the signers on a statement released by the NBA Coaches Association.
