The Houston Rockets’ newest addition Luc Mbah a Moute has finally made it to Orlando for the NBA’s restart.
After some much anticipation, Mbah a Moute entered the NBA bubble on Wednesday night, according to The Athletic’s Kelly Iko.

This comes as no surprise as Rockets head coach Mike D’Antoni told reporters on Wednesday morning that Mbah a Moute was “cleared” and scheduled to come in that night.
Mbah a Moute is the third and final player from the group of Rockets players coming in at delayed times, with James Harden coming in last week and Russell Westbrook arriving on Monday. There’s no official word on how long Luc and the team will have to wait for him to participate in practice, but Harden was participating the very next day after his arrival and Westbrook was practicing less than 48 hours after his arrival despite the fact that he had been confirmed have (and cleared of) COVID-19 before entering the bubble.
Mbah a Moute has not seen a basketball court since he injured his left knee on Oct. 23, 2018 in his second stint with the Los Angeles Clippers. The Rockets signed Mbah a Moute on July 7, cutting Isaiah Hartenstein in the process.
