After a tough loss against the Hornets, the Houston Rockets take on the team that used to be the Hornets. And they go from LaMelo Ball to Lonzo Ball.
Oh, and because the NBA totally cares about national television games being competitive, the Pelicans haven’t played since Saturday so they’ve been resting at home and the Rockets played last night in Charlotte and had to fly in late. Sure, schedule makers. But “it evens out in the end” is what I keep hearing, so there we go.
These teams played a week and a half ago, with the Rockets pulling away in the second half. The Rockets had Christian Wood and Victor Oladipo in that game, but both will be out tonight. The Rockets also had John Wall and Eric Gordon that night, and Houston will have those two available tonight after both missed the Charlotte game. For New Orleans, Josh Hart is questionable with back spasms.
So TDS, what do we think? How is this game going to play out?
Tip-off is at 6:30pm CT on TNT
