Timberwolves: Josh Okogie (protocol), D’Angelo Russell (leg)

Rockets: Dante Exum: out (BDE), Danuel House (family emergency), David Nwaba (wrist), Eric Gordon: (groined)

Well, that WAS impressive. The Rockets stole a loss from right out of the wolf’s mouth.

What will happen tonight? More of the same? A Rockets win? Who really knows!

Kevin Porter Jr is expected to return, and get some reps, so that’s good.

What else? More John Wall bashing, Christian Wood admiration, and probably not too much else. Last night’s game was actually entertaining, as it was generally close, and the Rockets showed that with good shooting, they’re pretty good. But of course, it’s mostly terrible shooting, and that’s why they have close to a 50% chance of keeping their own pick, most likely.

Please send well-wishes and prayers to Danuel House, who lost his partner and three children to a drunk driver in a terrible accident earlier in the week. He won’t be with the Rockets again tonight, obviously.
